Water Rescue for the First Responder is designed for line personnel who may be first responders to water recues. The subjects covered include shore-based rescue systems and techniques, moving water hydrology, self rescue, flood specific issues and more. There is a reference and resource section to help you locate expert instructors and advanced training programs as well. This program will help all personnel be better prepared to respond safely and effectively to water rescue incidents.
