Looking for a Career in the Fire Service?
Make plans to attend the CFFJAC's Career Expos.

Saturday, April 21, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
CPAT Center in Livermore

Sponsored by the CFFJAC's Commission to Recruit Women for the Fire Service, the Career Expos provide a unique opportunity to spend a day with firefighters and find out if a career in the fire service is right for you.

Meet and learn from working firefighters and take an up-close look at the "tools of the trade" including fire apparatus on display.

Try your hand at the physical ability techniques needed to be a firefighter and learn how to take, and pass, the industry leading Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT).

Please dress in clothing appropriate to participate in physical activity.

The Expos are designed to welcome and encourage participants to consider this rewarding profession.  Please join us on Saturday April 14th or Saturday April 21st to find out what it takes to have a successful career in the fire service.
