Terrorism Consequence Management
CFFJAC has been a leader in the development of terrorism response training geared specifically for firefighters.
In 2002, the CFFJAC developed California's first post-9/11 firefighter terrorism response training program -- Terrorism Consequence Management -- through a grant from the state's Workforce Investment Act. After the passage of legislation in 2007 which earmarked $2.5 million for firefighter terrorism response training, the CFFJAC has continued to develop training courses to ensure that California's first responders are prepared and properly trained for a terrorist threat.
