When our homeland security is attacked, it is firefighters who are on the front lines. But in order to respond, firefighters need to know what to expect when responding to a terrorist attack. It was in pursuit of that realism that Roseville's Basic Urban Kitchen and Bar was transformed into the scene of a nightclub car-bomb attack.
